Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If your space requires specific products (a particular floor finish, a fragrance-free policy), just let us know and we'll work with it.
How do you handle building access and keys?
Whatever fits your security setup: a key, a lockbox code, a fob, or being let in during set hours. For after-hours work we agree on an access method in writing before the first visit.
Can you clean after hours or before we open?
Yes, that's the norm for offices and commercial spaces. We schedule around your hours so cleaning never disrupts your staff or customers, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Is there a minimum or a long contract?
No lock-in. Recurring plans run on a simple ongoing schedule you can adjust, and one-time cleans are just that. We quote clearly before anything starts.
